Return Policy

Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING: 

Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders from Monday to Friday.  Agate is closed on Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided.  Agate shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

RETURNS: 

(Note: Due to the Covid-19 no returns are being accepted for the moment)

Returns are accepted up to 5 days from the stamped date - if the item is in the original condition and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, no visible signs of wear such like: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale with no exceptions. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Agate is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
